Where are we

For wheelchair accessible accommodation in the centre of Brittany France

The property is situated in the beautiful department of Cotes D’Armor with a wonderful mix of stunning coastline and wonderful inland countryside with forest walks and lakes. The rugged North Brittany coast with its quiet sandy beaches can be reached within 30 mins drive and the South coast within an hour and half. There are endless amounts of historical towns, local markets, restaurants, chateaux and coastal walks. Festivals and vide grenier (care boot sales) are a regular feature during the late spring, summer and early autumn and provide a great opportunity to experience the local artisans, food producers and culture.

The gite is situated in a very quiet location and a car is essential. The local village has an excellent bakers serving fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolate every day except Wednesday, as well as sticky cakes on Saturday, but you have to be quick! A small shop with essential items plus a bar/restaurant serving basic traditional french food, nothing fancy but good value for money and you will need to book in the evening as most main meals are taken at lunchtime. The local town has a couple of good size supermarkets and a selection of bars and restaurants and is about 15 mins away.
